Quantum Engineering Consultants, Inc. (QEC) is a locally owned Historically Underutilized Business, Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, a registered firm (Firm #5146) with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers offering professional civil engineering services to both public and private sector clients throughout West Texas and Southern New Mexico. QEC has a staff of 10 project managers, design engineers, design technicians, and support personnel with over 100 years of combined experience. The firm’s resources and experience enable it to successfully design and manage projects both large and small.

QEC combines the capabilities of a major technical firm with the personalized services of a small office. This approach allows the firm to successfully accomplish projects, while maintaining close communications and coordination with the owner, architect, contractor, and other entities and/or key personnel assigned to the project.
